General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the findings can be due to uterine fibroids which is a benign abnormal growth of uterus but for reassurance further evaluation with a CT scan pelvis as well as biopsy may be needed.

You must discuss the scan with your gynecologist and it may need total or partial hysterectomy if it's causing such abnormal bleeding or compression symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
